BABES Network: Our Stories

BABES Network was created in 1989 to serve and support women living with HIV. Led by HIV-positive peer advocates, this Seattle-based nonprofit assists hundreds of HIV-positive women and their families each year in Western Washington. In July 2018, some forty BABES members attended a retreat on Vashon Island. A few of those women spoke to The AMP.
