By submitting your content to The AMP, you specifically grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to post this content on this public website.
We respect the rights of other people, and expect you to do the same. You will not post content that infringes or violates someone else’s rights or otherwise violates the law. This includes posting photos, writing, art, or other material that does not belong to you.
We can remove any content or information you post if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies. Furthermore, if your content violates these rules and results in litigation against The AMP, you agree to cover any and all resulting costs, fees, and damages.
We invite people to report instances where their Intellectual Property (writing, photos, or art) has been posted without their permission.
If we remove your content for infringing someone else’s copyright, and you believe we removed it by mistake, we will provide you with an opportunity to appeal.
You will not post anyone else’s full name, identification documents, or sensitive/personal information.
Your personal contact information
The name and email included with your submission is kept solely for the purpose of verification and to communicate any technical or thematic issues that need to be addressed. This information is kept private, and not shared with any other party.
Your name will be added to your video only if you indicate that on the submission form. Otherwise the nickname or initials you provide will be used.
Rights to post/publish video and information
The AMP will use the information provided with your submission to categorize and describe the content of the video. The AMP has no obligation to use the title and description provided, and may create new, edited text in order to title and describe the video.
The AMP has no obligation to post any submitted video and may remove a video at any time, for any reason.
You retain the right to remove your video, or disable the link to your video, at any time for any reason. You are asked to notify The AMP in advance of removing content so that it can appropriately removed from the website.
